Hi, My name is Jill; I'm the owner, baker of Love Stretchy Treats!

I started this business as a tribute to my beloved long dog Stretchy Weiner. Stretchy came to us as a sweet 15 year old senior and became our whole world; he left us too soon, just three short years later. He was somewhat of a rockstar around here, so to say he had fans is an understatement!

But, shortly after he passed, and in the middle of the pandemic, I lost my job. This trifecta left me feeling sad and lost; I knew I needed to do something to feed my creative soul and give back to the community. So I funneled my time and knowledge of cooking/baking into the research and recipe development of dog treats (many thanks to all my furry taste testers and my very own Rudy).

As a result, I came up with what I think is the best quality, minimally processed, all-natural dog treats for your pups with ingredients sourced locally whenever possible, and with every bag purchased, I donate to pet rescues! I feel so grateful to have found something that brings so much joy to our fur babies and fills my need to give back to the animal community!

When I'm not baking treats, you can find me walking my Yorkie, Rudy on the coast trail; I also love cooking, knitting, hiking, biking, and camping with my husband. I also have two adult sons that I adore!

I am humbled by the support of my family, friends, and my amazing coastal community.
